D.A.V. Sr. Sec. School is the premier and prestigious institute in state. The school has three blocks in which Bio. lab, Chem. lab, Computer lab, Library, Sports Room, N.C.C. Room and Music room are separate. All the 53 class rooms are ventilated having facilities.

In each block there is number of water coolers to supply cold water to students in summer. One lush green playground in the school provide students all the playing tracks in the games like Cricket, Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, Boxing, Wrestling, Athletics, T.T. room etc. The total school strength is around 1500 and teaching and Non teaching staff is around 77.
